    Customer Success Manager

    Ensure our clients successfully adopt and thrive with their new AI ecosystems. You will serve as their primary point of contact and strategic partner, guiding them through onboarding, providing ongoing training, and conducting quarterly business reviews. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B SaaS account management, exceptional communication skills, and a heart for serving faith-based entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of faith-based business clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. • Lead comprehensive onboarding sessions and ongoing product training. • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion opportunities. • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform our product roadmap. • Proactively monitor account health to prevent churn and drive renewals. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in B2B SaaS. • Proven track record of retaining and growing customer accounts. • Exceptional empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success software. • Strong alignment with our mission to empower faith-driven businesses.
