    Return & Refund Policy

    Our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for our services.

    1. Custom Development Services

    Due to the custom nature of our AI Ecosystems, Directory Builds, and Platform Development services, we do not offer full refunds once work has commenced. These projects require significant upfront time, strategy, and resource allocation.

    If you choose to cancel a custom project before completion, you will be billed only for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, or your initial deposit will be retained to cover these costs, whichever is greater.

    2. Subscription Services (SaaS)

    For ongoing subscription services (such as our "As A Service" platforms or monthly maintenance retainers):

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
    • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service used.

    3. AI Audits & Strategy Sessions

    Payments for AI Audits and standalone strategy consulting are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, though we will gladly reschedule your session for a future date.

    4. Exceptional Circumstances

    We operate on faith-based principles of fairness and integrity. If you believe there has been a fundamental failure on our part to deliver what was agreed upon in our contract, please contact us immediately. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and equitable resolution.

    5. How to Request a Cancellation

    To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, please contact your dedicated project manager or email our billing department at billing@gracefultriumph.com. Please include your project details and the reason for your request.
