Design intuitive and beautiful interfaces for our directory and franchising platforms. You will create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups while maintaining our comprehensive design system. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with 3+ years of product design experience, proficiency in Figma, and a deep empathy for end-users. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptual wireframes to high-fidelity interactive prototypes. • Evolve and maintain our overarching design system and component library in Figma. • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all products. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in digital product design (UI/UX). • An outstanding portfolio showcasing complex web applications and design systems. • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. • Strong understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards (WCAG). • Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
